Aug 30th - Dirty Dirty Dirty! Could not believe this was a Westin. Carpet was stained (large stains in numerous places) as well as the lamp shades, the matress, the bedding and all the furniture looked worn and scratched. The bathroom floor and shower area needed a good scrubbing to clean the mold/mildewy grout. I had been traveling for over 12 hours and had been exited to finally get some rest. After checking in and seeing the room in its condition, I immediately checked out and went 2 more hours down the road. Sad. Beale Street may be full of drunken party goers but even they deserve a clean room! And for those of us just passing through and expecting the usual Westin brand standard...DONT STAY HERE!
