My room was horrible. Wet carpet from a leaking AC...

My room was horrible. Wet carpet from a leaking AC unit, unstocked fridge, cobwebs in the corners, mildewy bathroom because the exhaust fan didn't work. I could go on...I expected so much more from Westin.
