I recently tried some spirits from Letterpress Distilling and I was pleasantly surprised. The whiskey had a balanced flavor with notes of caramel and oak. The gin was refreshing and had a distinct botanical profile. What I liked the most was the smoothness of the spirits, making them easy to enjoy neat or in cocktails. The only improvement I would suggest is to provide more detailed information about the distilling process on their website. Otherwise, a great experience overall!
