Having to change my original review as have since placed another order with yet more delivery issues. This company seems to think it s okay that a courier ignores a wide open gate with clear access to the front door just because there is an intercom box by the gate. There were people at home and the courier also had the recipient s mobile number. He didn t even leave a card. I have had previous delivery issues with this company also with international shipping. Couriers behave this way because the companies paying them, like ND John, refuse to hold them to account. Therefore I will not be shopping here again.
