I had a satisfactory experience with Axess computers. While the product I purchased worked fine, the customer service could have been improved. The staff was not very friendly and seemed uninterested in assisting me. The website was easy to use, but it lacked some essential information. Overall, I would consider looking at other options before purchasing from Axess computers again.
