Came to celebrate my grandma's 95th birthday at the Finley's in Battle Creek. The restaurant manager was completely clueless as to the ingredients in the food or how it's cooked. Requested allergen information on menu to be able to know what contained dairy. Could not provide and the manager acted incapable of walking back to the kitchen and asking the cook the ingredients in the food. So even though Finley's states on the menu as well their website they can accommodate any allergen or dietary restriction they can not actually be bothered to do it. Every question about the food was met with "I don't know" or "I can't guarantee". Thanks Finley's, I really enjoyed sitting and watching everyone else eat.
