I had a somewhat disappointing experience with Adjacent Properties Corp. The property I rented had several maintenance issues that took longer than expected to resolve. Additionally, the communication with the staff was lacking at times. However, they did eventually address the issues and offered solutions. Overall, I would rate them as average.
