I have been a customer of Victorian Cancer Biobank for a few months now and I must say their services are average. The website is easy to navigate and find information about the biobank. The staff are friendly and helpful, but sometimes it takes a while for them to respond to my inquiries. Overall, I am satisfied with their services, but there is room for improvement.
