Worst Experience, when BC (sales person) tried to push us into purchasing the more expensive type of engineered wood, we should have left and never signed the contract. They promised dates when we would receive samples and kept changing them. They delayed our construction on our apartment by months. We kept telling them that they did not give us the coloring that we wanted and every few weeks when they would send us a new sample, it was wrong. We finally had to accept delivery on sub-par merchandise for a lot of money. See photos. Would never recommend. Ever.
