Joyce's Jewelry is by far the best retail experience I've ever had. I was in the market for a custom engagement ring and was referred to Brandon by my sister who had worked with him before. I live in Chicago so I was unable to view the diamonds in person, meaning, I really needed to trust with whom I'd be working with. Joyce's Jewelry absolutely delivered five star service on all levels. The entire experience was professional, informative, fun, and seamless - it honestly felt like I was a part of the Joyce's Jewelry team. Brandon sent informative articles and videos to help me understand the four C's of diamonds, HD pictures/videos of the diamonds, GIA reports, and provided in-depth advice through email and over the phone. The end result; a purely stunning engagement ring with flawless craftsmanship. It's an absolute piece of art. We ended up flying to Pittsburg and driving to Joyce's to thank them in-person. The store is beautiful, the staff is so nice, we even got fitted for our wedding bands while we were there. I would also recommend taking a look at the men's luxury watches while you're at the store.
