I was not completely satisfied with the experience I had with Bilim media group. While their team was professional, the service quality fell short of my expectations. The communication lacked promptness, and there were delays in delivering the project. However, they made efforts to rectify the issues, but it was not up to the mark. I hope they improve their service in the future.
