The rooms are very VERY old, the furniture has lost its padding over time (enjoy sitting on wood panels), they invest zero time in cleaning as the room s chairs/walls/curtains are stained. Hair from previous room residents is in the bathroom and visible when I first walked in, 3 stuck in the shower curtain, 1 on the handle and a sprinkle of beard shavings all around the sink. My toilet s flush button was broken and I requested it to be fixed 3 times and all they do it put it back and it falls off again. They lost MULTIPLE shopping bags that have been given to the doorman. The entire staff (except the cleaners who are nice) seems to hate their jobs and the guests as they never smile, never offer to help nor do they do their jobs to begin with, they will literally do anything to avoid eye contact. The internet is bad and disconnects constantly. You cannot charge your phone without buying their specially made adaptor that won t work anywhere except this hotel!!! They keep the fridge locked unless you request it to be opened. The windows are not properly secured as I woke up multiple times to see the wind opened it. The frikin wind. The whole bathroom has rot in the corners of the tub and is never properly cleaned. This hotel doesn t deserve 2 stars nevermind the 5 it has. I recommend you stay in any of the many cheaper hotels in the same area I am sure they will be cleaner than this.
