I have been working with the Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development for the past few years, and I must say they have been doing an average job. The support provided by their team has been satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement. The website is informative, but sometimes it can be a bit difficult to find specific information. Overall, I would rate my experience with them as average.
