I had quite a mixed experience with Smith & co. engineers. On one hand, their website shsmithco.com was top-notch and easy to use. On the other hand, their customer service was lacking. The response time for my inquiries was slow and I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. It was a bit frustrating. Overall, I would rate them as average.
