I am a regular customer of Antigua public utilities authority and I must say that their service is average. Although they provide reliable electricity and water services, the customer support can be improved. There have been a few occasions where I had to wait a long time on the phone to get assistance. Overall, it's an okay experience, but there is room for improvement.
