My grandmother has been to dialysis here for years...

My grandmother has been to dialysis here for years. During a hospitalization it was decided that she became too weak for this. This was not communicated with the family or with them. On the contrary, we were told that she received extra dialysis. We learned about this later through a colleague doctor. This hospital itself decided not to give my grandmother any help anymore and let it die peacefully.
