I had a mixed experience with Institut für ostseeforschung warnemünde. While their website is easy to navigate and provides a lot of useful information, their customer service was lacking. I had to wait a long time to get a response to my inquiries and when I did finally get a reply, it was not very helpful. However, the quality of their research and publications is excellent. Overall, I would rate them as average.
