You know everyone has something to say, and my experience as an Apple Consultant here in the valley has been a positive one when working with Connecting Point. When I call ahead to ask their sales team to put products aside for me they do and it's ready and waiting for when I get there. When I call the Service department when I need their assistance on a hardware warranty repair, Jason and his team are always there to help answer questions, debug issues over the phone and provide a solution in a quick and timely manner. I use Connecting Point as a local resource for me and my customers and they do a good job providing us products and services. It would be a serious loss if there were not here helping us all!
