Recently, Jacob perform service at my condo 4303 OneFord Place, Chesapeake. The call resulted from an inspection report as I m selling the unit and have had Russell s service since inception from previous company no longer in business. I instructed him to review the equipment for evaluation and fix one minor repair item on air handler. I was interested in condition and life span. After evaluation he suggested replacing the contacts and suggested, to extend life, to install surge protection on compressor and air-handler. I asked him to send me a summary and opinion so I could forward to seller for documentation.
Jacob was pleasant, professional, and steady with his work. I appreciated his suggestions, attitude, and report. Of course, I spent more then wanted, but I am a person that takes pride in keeping equipment in good shape at all times. I didn t think the surge protectors were necessary, cost?, but I trusted his judgement and was completely satisfied. All service personal should have teck skills but a relationship, positive attitude, professional manner go a long way. By the way, dressed neat, shirt tail in, clean truck (outside) I also noticed.

I will be sure to forward Russell s file to new owner.
