I have been going to The Nail Room for years and I can truly say that they provide an average service. The staff is friendly and the salon is clean, but the quality of the nail treatments is just okay. The nail polish chips easily and the manicure doesn't last long. I think they should improve their techniques and use better products. Overall, a decent place to get your nails done, but not amazing.
