Our family of 5 (boys ages 13,10,&5) had a great stay. Sure there were things that were less than perfect, but the staff went out of their way and that more than made up for the hiccups along the way. Sydney and Chenice at the front desk and Maggie and Ashley in the restaurant upstairs went above and beyond, though they were very clearly short staffed. Also, our room was very clean, so shout out to the housekeeping staff!
Cons: Short staffed, overwhelmed workers. It's Christmas break for the kids... The hotel is sold out. Obviously they need more help. We would come back if the opportunity comes about.

This is not Kalahari or Great wolf lodge ... It is a small Waterpark with a mid level hotel and restaurant. Have fun and stop nitpicking!
