I have used the train services of railway.gov.lk multiple times, and I must say that I am quite pleased with the overall experience. The trains are usually punctual, and the ticket prices are reasonable. The only downside is the cleanliness of the trains, which could be improved. However, this is not a major issue and does not overshadow the overall good service provided.
