I recently visited Mardi Gras Truck Stop and was pleasantly surprised. The place is well-maintained and the staff is friendly. The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the gumbo. The restrooms were clean and there was plenty of parking. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area.
