Visiting from Denver, needed a gym to do a single workout and called they have option for day pass! when i got their the lady was very kind welcome to charlotte and discounted me the day pass! very nice, very clean, if i was a local...this would 100% be my gym. they have all aspects of workouts styles from olympic, traditional, crossfit, spinning, classes, ropes,etc....
