I recently purchased an air conditioner from Universal Air and I have mixed feelings about my experience. On one hand, the customer service was good and the delivery was prompt. However, I found the installation process to be a bit confusing and the technician was not very helpful. Overall, I would say my experience with Universal Air was average.
