I would rate Opsgear, inc. as an average company. Their website opsgear.com has a decent selection of products, but their customer service needs improvement. I had an issue with my order and it took multiple emails and phone calls to get it resolved. The representatives I spoke to were not very helpful and seemed uninterested in solving my problem. Overall, my experience with Opsgear, inc. was mediocre.
