not the quality of service expected. very poor att...

not the quality of service expected. very poor attention to the customer. no detail oriented. had to wait more than 1 hour to have the suite ready. got into my room at 5:45pm. not even complimentary water bottle... bartender not qualified. had to go grab my own towel when ask for one...and on and on. I will not recommend this hotel. way to expensive for such a poor quality service. Laurence Popp
