I recently ordered a Rakhi from Rakhi.in and overall, I had an okay experience. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the Rakhi as it didn't match the image on the website. The delivery was timely though, so that was a plus. I would suggest the company to improve the quality of their products to meet customer expectations.
