I visited Special Effects Hair Salon and had a wonderful experience. The staff was professional and friendly, and I felt welcome and comfortable throughout my visit. My stylist listened to my preferences and gave me a beautiful haircut. The salon itself was clean and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone in need of a new hairstylist!
