I am writing this review to make you aware of the behavior of your employee Mrs. Silvia Aparicio. In short your employee is trying to extort my company--R&G Brenner Income Tax. After it was was explained to Mrs. Aparicio that a deduction she was attempting to take was illegal, she asked to have her documents returned to her so she could attempt to take that illegal deduction on her own (she usually prepares her own returns). However, her and her husband had already spent over 2+ hours having their returns prepared with piecemeal information with one of my tax professionals. The tax return was nearly 100% finished. Rather than charge her the full fee for tax preparation which is our policy, the tax preparer offered to only charge her a reduced consulting fee. Unsatisfied, Mrs. Aparicio thinks my professionals should work for free and has resulted to extortion: demanding a free tax return or she will attempt to damage my business. As of 1:30pm today, she has already followed through on her threats and left 3 negative reviews for 3 separate offices; 2 of which she has never stepped foot in. This is a violation of Yelp guidelines which we will be addressing directly with Yelp. Nevertheless, if this is the caliber of employee your company hires, I would caution anyone doing business with Palm Bay to reconsider due to the deplorable & unethical behavior of Mrs. Aparicio.
