The quality of the coach is par, not using high quality components, but what really gets this rating is their oversight and lack of communication when a problem presents itself.

I have had my coach for a couple years and discovered a problem with the design. On my coach the generator is right beside the catalytic converter (hot) and the fresh air intake is not vented properly. So on warm days, the generator would cut off due to overheating. After taking my unit in, discovered that this is a common problem that Fleetwood knew about and has dealt with for those units still under warranty. This may not sound like a big deal, but when you plan your trip to Death Valley California, you NEED your generator to run your house air conditioned. Suffering through heat stroke is not my ideal way to spend my vacation.

Even trying to fix the problem on my dime, fleetwood was even less then helpful in its remedy.

I will never buy another Fleetwood product!
