Samsung Publishing is an average company. Their book selection is decent, but I've found better options elsewhere. The website is easy to use, but it could be more visually appealing. The customer service was okay, although it took a couple of days to get a response. Overall, I wouldn't say Samsung Publishing is exceptional, but it's not bad either.
