Difficult to Cancel

Club was fine. While expensive, the staff is friendly and facility exceptional. But I'm giving a one star because of cancellation policy. I'm changing my employer and the location no longer works for me. To cancel there is a 30 day delay in the cancellation and I have to send a written letter or come into the club and sign a form in person. I have trouble understanding the reason for this other than to make it difficult. Be forewarned.
