The customer service after the sale is terrible, these people are only out for the money, I would go to another dealership. I had a problem with the GPS system in my 2017 Tacoma and they refused to fix the problem after several visits to the dealership. Very disappointed in Toyota of Knoxville. I bought a new truck from Fox Toyota in Clinton and I am very satisfied with their customer service experience.
