I am referring to the Southside regional medical arts pavilion my girlfriend is having her first ultrasound today and it's my first child went inside and the lady was like only the patient is allowed back in the room under bon secours policy with covid so yes I did get very nasty with the lady and I was very upset because I was also excited to see the first ultrasound until she told me that while my girlfriend goes back there and gets the ultrasound done she is upset her appointment was at 9:00 it is 10:10 right now she's still in the waiting room waiting over an hour when we got here they were like four people here she text me and said that the waiting room was full this place is not a great place and I recommend going somewhere else just like Southside regional is not a good hospital I recommend people going elsewhere.
