I had a mixed experience with Climb Hire. While their website was easy to navigate and provided a lot of useful information about their services, I had some issues with their customer support. It took quite a while to get a response to my inquiries, and the answers I received were not always helpful. However, once I was finally able to connect with a representative, they were very knowledgeable and was able to assist me in resolving my issue. Overall, I would say that Climb Hire is an average company. They have some areas they could improve upon, but they also have some positive aspects to offer.
