I got an email asking if I wanted to cancel due to...

I got an email asking if I wanted to cancel due to the convention I was going to being cancelled, and to reply to it to let them know. At the time I said no and I got an email back instantly, but when the borders closed I emailed them back again saying I couldn't make it anymore. I received no response, so I sent another. No response, and I'm being charged anyway.

UPDATE: It's been a month, but they've gotten back to me and are apparently issuing a refund. Appreciated.
