I am a Radisson CONCIERGE card member and i visited the hotel on 22 Oct in TCB Lounge and order Tea which was horrible and the hotel is in complete mess and going under renovation i requested Mr Sahil from the Hotel to change it and he completely refused and on check out i requested him for my Card Discount which qwe get as a Radisson Your status: CONCIERGE member but he further misbehaved and said we dont offer any discount and please never ask for discount or replacement in our hotel we are Radisson
