They make an appointment at 8.30 and the nurse arrives at 8.50. Doctors and nurses go around talking to each other and / or on their mobile phones about their problems or something else. If you try to ask for some information they tell you that they are not part of the department: I wonder why I am in this department? And not in their own where should they work?
