The audio visual equipment rental service provided by this company was decent. The website was user-friendly, making it easy to browse their offerings. However, the prices were a bit steep and did not fully match the quality of the equipment. The delivery and setup were prompt and efficient, but the staff lacked enthusiasm and seemed uninterested in providing a personalized experience. The technician who assisted us during the event was knowledgeable but not overly friendly. While the equipment worked well for our needs, there was nothing exceptional about the overall experience. It was an average service and there are certainly better options available at similar prices.
