I recently had the chance to collaborate with a tech company that specializes in healthcare solutions. They have a good reputation and it was clear from the start that they were very knowledgeable about the industry. However, there were some areas where they fell short. The project took longer than anticipated and there were some misunderstandings along the way. While they did address the issues eventually, better communication and project management could have avoided those problems.
