I recently had the opportunity to avail the services of a consulting company and decided to go with ACR Consulting. The overall experience was decent, but I must say that it was quite average. The website was user-friendly and provided all the necessary information about their services. However, I found their customer support to be a bit lacking. It took them longer than expected to respond to my queries and I would have appreciated a quicker resolution to my issues. The consultants themselves were knowledgeable and provided satisfactory guidance, but I expected a more personalized approach. On the positive side, their pricing was reasonable and the overall result met my expectations. If I were to sum it up, I would say that ACR Consulting is an average consulting company that delivers on their promises, but lacks the wow factor.
