I had a mixed experience with Bad Boy Mowers Inc. The quality of their mowers is great and they offer a wide range of options to choose from. However, the customer service needs improvement. When I had an issue with my mower, it took them a while to respond and the resolution was not satisfactory. I hope they work on improving their support system.
