I have been with rflaun for several years now, and I must say their service is average. I had higher expectations when I first joined, but overall it's been decent. The website is easy to navigate, and I can find the information I need. However, there have been a few instances where I had to contact their customer support, and it was not the best experience. The response time was slow, and the representatives didn't seem very knowledgeable. I hope rflaun can improve their customer service in the future.
