I recently engaged with a company that provides facilities services and was somewhat satisfied with the overall experience. The website was fairly user-friendly and had a good amount of information readily available. However, I found that the customer service was a bit lacking in terms of responsiveness. While the services provided were adequate, I did encounter a few unexpected issues along the way that required some follow-up and resolution. On a positive note, the technicians were professional and knowledgeable, which was reassuring. Overall, the experience was average - not exceptional, but not terrible either. With some improvements in customer service, I could see the company really excelling in their field.
