I visited the Brown St. location in Dayton, OH on a Friday evening. I was particularly impressed at the professionalism of three young men there in handling two obviously intoxicated patrons. Where most people would become aggravated, David, Nate, and Bruce were polite, witty and accommodating. Considering the proximity to the University of Dayton Campus, and the comparable age of the employees to the students, the character they displayed in handling a potentially unpleasant situation that must arise regularly was remarkable.
. . .Oh, the food was good too! ;-)
