Starting at the Dover store, Devin was very pleasant and helpful. He was thorough and happy to answer any questions my husband and I had, made sure to give us the best deal he could and took his time with us. Then, the technician who came out today, Glen, was very kind and did a great job with an unexpected project to have to do in order to get us set up. He took his time, did it right, and was so good with my toddler in the short time he had before he left, that my baby cried when he said goodbye! Just an all around pleasant guy. Our internet is working great, we got a great deal, and all in an extremely timely fashion. Thank you Devin and Glen with Verizon FiOS!
