Applied since March 22.. website was not accessible for weeks .. website finally worked .. found out claim was ineligible .. Tried to find out the reason details for days and now weeks
I know I am eligible ... i satisfy all criteria mentioned on the website .. yet I have not received any unemployment pay for a month and a half ... Phone connection was impossible .. even if you try to call at 7:30 am daily and every other hour.. sent multiple emails through website .. no reply ...
Finally, i received a possibility for a call back yesterday. The first thing the person who called back was system is down and you need to call back . A call back was not a possibility
I am still trying to call today with no connection opportunity ...I have been patient as I understand the overwhelming demand but I would very much appreciate a reply with some type of assurance that someone will take a look at my claim denial even if this step will take some time .. the lack of communication is sending a negative service message to lot of people unfortunately
