The next time I have an issue I will be either going to Baltimore or Frederick and avoiding this place any time I go in I m told to see one of their doctors which I avoid at all costs since I tried to report a doctor for ignoring a concern only to be diagnosed with that concern and the lady who called was rude and basically telling me I was lying.
Recently I went for some chest cramping and I had a higher heart rate for me even though it was still in normal range. When I told staff that my heart rate had gone up to 110 during a pain (didn t go up while being pricked for blood) they ignored it.
Other times I had waited 8 hours (yes actually 8) for a doctor to see me and be flat out rude to me in front of students and tell me that being numb for 6 hours was normal.
Any time I ve ever gone to the er I ve been told to leave because I was fine even though I was still experiencing symptoms. When I went in a year ago for a dead arm and blindness they were like Dunno. Very annoying how the staff treats you and I get patients are annoying and rude but you can t take that to other patients.
I ve also been told not to come back for 2 specific reason because they re tired of me coming in for it, when I was leaving school crying every week, which is very rude and unprofessional if those things are bad enough to experience pain and vomiting like I do why wouldn t I go?
