I had a mixed experience with Hoteles.co.uk. The reservation process was smooth, but when I arrived at the hotel, they couldn't find my reservation. It took them a while to sort it out and provide me with a room. The staff was apologetic and tried to make up for the inconvenience. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Overall, it was an average stay.
